There you were in high school, dancing in front of the mirror and belting out your favorite songs as they blasted from your stereo.  You employed a hairbrush as your microphone and switched to your air guitar to play along with the solos, wincing throughout as you dug deep to hit the various notes.  You imagined the rockstar outfits and hairstyles, and the raucous crowd that celebrated your artistry.  You thought about the friends who would be part of your musical group and which instruments they would play.  This is the band you wish you had joined in high school.

Vixen Rebels is a high-energy, female-fronted ensemble that features a wide, eclectic mixture of uptempo, rock and rock-infused cover songs, some of which are covered straightforwardly and others which highlight the band’s imaginative ingenuity.  The frenetic delivery, buzzing with electricity, will have you singing along, dancing, and screaming.  Dynamic and inventive, dangerous yet professional, original yet familiar, unflinching yet warm, the band delivers songs the crowd wants to hear.  There is nothing self-serving; this is about the audience.

Vixen Rebels features a unique and original blend of pristine, polished vocals with gritty, aggressive instrumental sounds.  The vocals seamlessly weave between ethereal and delicate, bellicose and vicious, trained and authoritative, offering an uncommon inventiveness and daring, while remaining steadfastly fitting and tasteful.  The unrelenting, percussive drums and compelling fills meld with the creative bass that features an innovative, refreshing originality, and with the workman-like guitar and its concoction of ferocious rhythm and potent solos, to generate a robust and powerful musical amalgam.
